DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

Your parcel will be shipped via the Dutch Postal Service, PostNL.

The delivery attempt is usually made the next business day. If the addressee is not at home, PostNL will attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbouring address. If we are unable to complete delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office where it will remain for 7 days. If no one comes to collect it in that time, the parcel will be returned to sender. Nava Apparel will not be held responsible for any further costs incurred as a result of non-collection.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped. So please provide us with your correct email address. Products can then be tracked via the PostNL website under online tracking.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your parcel will be shipped via the Dutch Postal Service, PostNL.

Please remember that all our products are Hand Made in Cape Town, South Africa with love, so if a product is out of stock on the website, please contact us directly to see if we can make alternate arrangements. When the product is available in stock it will be despatched and shipped within 24 hours of purchase and should arrive within 2 – 8 working days if you are based in Europe and 4 -16 working days for the Rest of the World. RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact us to discuss further. Returns should be done within 14 days of purchase along with your original order number and processing request (refund / exchange etc). Please ensure all goods are returned un-worn and in their original condition or we will be unable to refund or exchange your order. We strongly recommend you insure your parcel and use a tracking number when returning your parcel to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which have not arrived.
